Holistic Health Initial Consultation
In this visit, we will first conduct a pH test, which indicates the state of your gut microbiome. Next we will assess your health foundations (nutrition, hydration, sleep, exercise, elimination, supplements, stress/emotional well-being, spirituality).

Recommendations will be made based off findings, Muscle Response Testing (MRT), and analysis.
